I am here to share my healing journey. I live with Dissociative Identity Disorder. I am the host in a system of many Alters. I will be writing about my journey so far and posting my poetry. Occasionally other Alters might post their own thoughts, feelings and hobbies. Occasionally I may discuss topics such as self harm or my journey with my eating problems. When I post details around sensitive topics I will put a trigger warning at the top of my post.

I hope by joining me/us on the journey I/We can offer hope and inspiration.
