Stardust

I keep contemplating the fact the I seem constantly drawn to quantum physics and the universe seems to be pulling me in different directions. Stepping in and out of my inner wisdom and just doing my best at every turn. During a meditation this evening this poem came to me.

We Are Made Of Stardust

We are all stardust

The words ring in my ears

We are all stardust

You don’t need your fears

Yet my body doesn’t agree

The fear bubbles up

Memories in a swirling sea

And my body is reacting

Symptoms not of here and now

Safety doesn’t feel a thing

Take another deep breath

Feel my lungs fill

With life pushing back death

And I feel my wisdom burn

We are all stardust

Learning for the return.
