I have improved a little more today. After much debate I have made arrangements to attend the performance tomorrow.

I know how easy it is to stay in the midst of my symptoms. Although I have felt better today there are several issues in my body that seem to have flared up. I can choose to sit here in my pain and worry and feel miserable or get out for a few hours doing something that I love.

I was unsure if my choir buddy was going and as she drives us to performances, that was complicating my decision this morning. Whilst checking the Sunday service bus times I text her to see if she had decided to come along. She replied that if I felt well enough to go then she would too, otherwise she would give it a miss. She also said she wants to leave straight after as her family are visiting from Dubai.

I felt relief wash over me. I knew that catching the bus was probably going to be pushing my limits, but I knew I would attempt it…I’m nothing if not stubborn! I’m also relieved that she was wants to leave straight after. I’m my happy to go and perform and then get back to pyjamas as quickly as possible! There my fatigue speaking loud and clear.

I had a better nights sleep. I think the neti pot and lymphatic drainage really helped to ease my sinuses. I’ve sneezed a few times today but nothing like the bouts I had yesterday. I also use an Aha Halo. The Aha Halo is a portable, soundless wellness device that uses scalar frequency technology. It only leaves my side to go on charge. The majority of the time it’s running the inflammation program, but last night I set it to the lymphatic system program. I genuinely believe this device makes a difference and helps me to keep going.

So I’m off for a bath and an early night. I look forward to seeing the sea tomorrow and to singing with my heart.
